Since 2019, I’ve been holding transformational spaces for couples and seekers with my beloved (and husband), Piotr.
Before we taught Tantra, we lived like most people do - in the rush of deadlines, in the noise of ambition, in the tension between who we were… and what our hearts were quietly aching for.
Freya was leading training teams at IBM. Piotr was taking media companies public. We weren’t spiritual teachers who ran away from the world. We lived deep inside it - in the emails, the pressure, the nights you come home tired and wonder… is this really it?
We know what it’s like to be disconnected from the body. To feel alone in your relationship. To have no space for breath, touch, or truth. And we know the craving that lives under all of that - for something more. Something real. That’s why the Tantra we teach isn’t an escape from life.
It is life.

We first met in 2014 at a tantric workshop. It was a brief encounter- just a glance, a passing moment. I saw him. He stood out - different, radiant, magnetic.
Over the years, we crossed paths occasionally - at concerts, among mutual friends, and at various workshops. But it wasn’t until the Dark Eros retreat with John Hawken - immersed in an atmosphere of exploring boundaries, power, and play - that we truly saw each other: longer, deeper, more fully.
There was a playful exercise where women were invited to choose their dates - and I chose Piotr. It was far from a typical date. I’d never laughed like that before - his humor, his ease, the way he could make fun of himself… something inside me softened. I saw more than strength in him - depth, humor, and raw authenticity.
That evening, we talked for hours. And suddenly, we realized how our life stories ran in near-perfect parallel: both of us left Poland in the same year - he went to the U.S., I to Canada; we studied similar fields, were active in student leadership, carried similar dreams and longings. It felt like we were two versions of the same story.

That was when something deeper began to take root. Not romance - but recognition. Wewere both seasoned by life, cautious, unwilling to lose ourselves in another person. It became a journey through mirrors, shadows, and light. We came to know ourselves and each other, slowly. And since we both have strong personalities, it wasn’t always easy to move through our fears and expectations.
What touched me most about Piotr was his presence - strong, calm, and never imposing. A kind of presence I could surrender to without losing myself.
And as he puts it:
“I admire Freya for her depth and wisdom. And at the same time, she stirs up a full spectrum of emotions in me - from awe to fury. That’s the beauty of it. She’s like a summer storm - powerful, unpredictable, and fully alive.”
That’s exactly what our path together has become - a dance between power and surrender, laughter and transformation, held in deep love and trust.
Tantra connected us not only as a practice but as an embodied alchemy -a meeting of souls who, finally, could recognize one another.

In my “previous life,” I worked as a Training Manager at IBM, overseeing the Central and Eastern Europe region.
At the same time, I was deeply involved in the arts, as an actress, theater coach, and president of the Practical Theater Foundation. These diverse experiences shaped a unique lens through which I now weave together bodywork, psychology, spirituality, and creative expression.
Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of people—first in the corporate world, then in the theater, and eventually through personal development workshops.
Today, I lead TantraSOMAcademy™, facilitate international tantra retreats, and offer private coaching in conscious sexuality and relational embodiment for individuals and couples ready to live, love, and feel more fully.
I’ve completed over 6,000 hours of training in tantra, embodiment, coaching, and conscious sexuality. I share this not to impress, but because real transformation requires real depth - and l ived experience.

My path began in the 1980s. I started with autogenic training, transcendental meditation, and martial arts. That was my first encounter with the body, the mind, and something that opens spaces beyond the everyday. At the time, I had no idea that this beginning would lead me through the urban jungle of New York, through the Blackfoot reserve in Canada, and into tantric circles in India, Israel, and Spain.
For ten years, I lived in New York, where I immersed myself deeply in the world of alternative culture and spiritual exploration. I walked many paths - from classic New Age practices, through African rituals, to Native American ceremonies.
I had the honor of dancing The Sun Dance in the Kainai reserve and being welcomed into the Blackfoot tribe. I participated in Burning Man, in conferences on trauma, neuroscience, and the conscious use of psychoactive substances. I have always searched for what transcends the ordinary - that which leads deeper, into oneself.
For over three decades, I’ve been dancing between paradoxes- media and meditation, absurd comedy and sacred ritual, boardrooms and burning sage. I started out as a journalist, editor, creative consultant, and eventually became CEO of media companies. I took Kino Polska public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
My love for the absurd gave birth to Spinkafilm, a playground where I produce independent films and some of Poland’s most unapologetically wild adult animations (BlokEkipa, Egzorcysta, Rycerze Doliny Rozdupy).

I’m now a certified teacher with The Paths of Transformation School by John Hawken, where I teach, study, and co-create as part of the faculty.
My practice is rooted in the body, fueled by presence, and wide open to mystery. After thirty years of walking between worlds - from shamanic circles to investor meetings, from ecstatic dance to silent retreat - I don’t separate them anymore.
I bring it all: the grit, the bliss, the mess, the medicine. Together with Freya, I now hold space for people ready to come back home - to their bodies, their truth, and the raw aliveness of real connection.
