Workshop regulations

Participation in any events organised by TANTRAWAY MICHALINA REISCH (www.tantrabyfreya.com) requires assent to the following Workshop Regulations. 

These Workshop Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) set out the rules for participation, i.e., the execution of the agreement for conducting in-person Workshops. 

Par. 1 Definitions 

Organizer – TANTRAWAY, MICHALINA REISCH, Okrzeszyn 26, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna. 

Workshop – a selected Workshop available on the Organizer’s website www.tantrabyfreya.com 

Participant – a Client who has purchased an in-person service from the Tantraway Online Store at www.tantrabyfreya.com 

Trainer – the Organizer, co-trainer, or a person authorized by the Organizer to conduct Workshops (information available in the Workshop description on the Website). 

Website – refers to the website available at www.tantrabyfreya.com and its subpages, administered by Tantraway. 

Par. 2 Organization of the Workshop 

1. The scope, location, price, trainer, date, and time of the workshops are specified in the current workshop offer determined by the Organizer, available on the Website www.tantrabyfreya.com and communicated to the Participant through the Newsletter. 
2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Workshop or change the date and location due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., accidents, illness of the Trainer, etc.), as well as due to insufficient enrollment. The Organizer is obliged to notify the Participant of the situation immediately. 
3. In the event of a Workshop cancellation, the Organizer will propose a new date. If the Participant is unable to attend, the Organizer will refund the fee paid for the Workshop no later than 7 days after receiving the cancellation notice. 
4. Participation in the Workshop is determined by the order of applications and the number of available spots. 
5. The Organizer provides the necessary materials for conducting the Workshop. 
6. The prices listed on the website www.freyawolna.pl refer to the price of the workshops and approximate accommodation costs at the workshop location. However, unless otherwise stated in the description of the specific workshop, participants are responsible for making their own accommodation reservations. The Organizer is not obliged to mediate in accommodation bookings and therefore does not bear responsibility for the reservation process or the way the accommodation service is provided by the hosting entity. 
7. The Workshop is conducted by the Trainer and/or a person specified in the Workshop description on the Website and in the “Our Team” section. In exceptional cases, a substitute may be assigned. The Organizer guarantees the appropriate qualifications of the new Trainer. The change of the Trainer cannot be the basis for a Participant’s request for a refund of the Workshop fee. 

Par. 3 Rules of Participation in the Workshop 

1. In-person Workshops are intended for adults who have reached the age of 18 by the day of the workshop. 
2. Previous workshop experience is not required unless explicitly stated in the description of the specific workshop that it is intended for an advanced group. 
3. Participants must be fully capable of making decisions, not undergoing psychiatric treatment, nor taking psychiatric medications. Participation is only possible with the written consent of a psychotherapist and after prior individual consultation with the trainer, Freya Wolna (Michalina Reisch). 
4. Participation in the workshops is at the participant’s own risk. All participants agree that the event is organized without liability or obligations towards the facilitator, Freya Wolna, or her assistants. Participants assume full responsibility for the consequences of their participation and agree that Freya Wolna, her co-facilitators, teachers, assistants, translators, etc., are not liable for any damages or losses, whether physical, psychological, emotional, or otherwise, that may occur during or as a result of participation in the event. 
5. There will be no sexual contact in the workshop space. 
6. Photography, filming, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the workshop, unless such actions have been agreed upon with the facilitator and the group. 
7. During the workshop, the use of mobile phones is prohibited; phones must be turned off or set to silent mode. 
8. The Organizer is not responsible for items left behind by participants at the workshop venue, both during and after the workshop. 

Participant’s Rights and Obligations During the Workshop 

1. The Participant agrees to the methods of the facilitators and does not question their decisions, knowledge, or competence. The Participant is obliged to follow the facilitator’s instructions. 
2. Participation in the workshops is at the Participant’s own responsibility. The workshops are not of a psychotherapeutic nature. 
3. The Participant has the right to refuse participation in a particular exercise or meditation. In the event of refusal, the Participant should inform the facilitator of the reasons for their decision. 
4. The Participant is required to complete a Registration Form for each new workshop session they attend and update information regarding health conditions, infectious diseases, or health contraindications. 
5. The Participant is obliged to inform the facilitator in advance about any infectious diseases that may affect their health, and any health contraindications that may impact the safety of the participant or others. 
6. The Participant is responsible for any damage caused to themselves or other participants as a result of negligence or careless behavior. They are also responsible for any damage to property and equipment used during the workshops. 
7. The Participant is obliged to behave respectfully towards the facilitators and other participants, respecting their right to engage in the workshop in a focused and undisturbed manner. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards other participants and/or the facilitator will not be tolerated. 
8. From the moment the first session begins until the last session ends, the Participant is prohibited from consuming or being under the influence of alcohol or any mood-altering or intoxicating substances. 
9. The Participant is obliged to arrive on time according to the schedule provided by the facilitator. In case of being late, the Participant may join the session at the nearest break, unless the facilitator decides otherwise. During the workshop module, the schedule may change slightly, and the Participant should follow the updated schedule. 
10. The Participant must inform the Trainer about any expected delay. To ensure smooth communication, the Participant should notify the facilitator of their delay via SMS or WhatsApp at +48 517643295 on the day of the workshop/session, or by email at hello@tantrabyfreya.com  in advance. 
11. A Participant violating the rules described in points 1-10 above, or otherwise hindering the facilitators or other participants, may be expelled from the workshop (even before its completion) after a single warning from the facilitator, without the right to request a refund of the participation fee. 

Confidentiality and Use of Knowledge Gained During the Workshops 

1. The Participant agrees to maintain full confidentiality regarding the other workshop participants and the information obtained during the sessions. The confidentiality obligation covers the methodology, tools, setting, props, materials, exercises, and the course of the workshop. 
2. The knowledge and materials obtained during the workshops may only be used for the Participant’s personal purposes. 
3. If the Participant intends to conduct their own workshops or trainings based on the knowledge gained, they must contact the Organizer for consent to do so as part of their participation in the development of the TantraSoma Academy led by Tantraway Michalina Reisch. 
4. The confidentiality rules apply for 10 years after the completion of the workshop. 
5. Tantraway reserves the right to remove participants from the list who do not comply with the principles of healthy competition. 

Accommodation Reservation 

1. The prices listed on the website refer only to the cost of the workshops. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. The Organizer does not mediate in the booking process and is not responsible for the implementation of this service by external entities, unless otherwise specified in the communication to workshop participants. 

Final Provisions 

1. In all other respects, the provisions of the Tantraway Store Regulations – for the sale and provision of services electronically – apply, available at www.tantrabyfreya.com. 
2. We process participants’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy available on the website www.tantrabyfreya.com. 
3. These Regulations come into effect on 01.02.2025. Any changes to the regulations may occur for valid reasons but do not affect orders placed by clients before the change, meaning that orders placed before the changes will be executed under the terms of the regulations valid at the time of the order and its acceptance.
