Privacy policy

I. General Provisions 

This Privacy Policy defines the methods of collecting, processing, and storing Users’ personal data necessary for providing electronic services via the website www.tantrabyfreya.com (hereinafter: “Service”). 

The Service collects only the personal data necessary for the execution and development of the services offered. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018. 

II. Data Controller

III. Purposes of Data Processing 

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: 

• registering an account and verifying the User’s identity, 

• enabling login to the Service, 

• executing contracts for services and e-services, 

• communicating with the User (e.g., live chat, contact form), 

• sending newsletters (upon the User’s consent), 

• managing the comment system, 

• providing community services, 

• promoting the Controller’s offer, 

• marketing, remarketing, and affiliation, 

• personalizing the Service, 

• conducting analytics and statistics, 

• debt collection, 

• establishing and defending legal claims. 

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use the Service’s features. 

IV. Scope of Processed Data 

The Controller may process the following User data:

• first and last name, 

• date of birth, 

• address of residence, 

• email address, 

• phone number, 

• NIP (tax identification number). 

V. Data Processing Period 

Personal data will be processed for: 

• contract execution – until claims arising from it expire, 

• consent-based processing – until consent is withdrawn, and thereafter until the expiration of claims. 

The general statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims related to business activities, it is 3 years (unless specific regulations state otherwise). 

VI. Data Sharing 

Data may be shared with: 

• entities affiliated with the Controller and its subcontractors, 

• companies handling e-payments, 

• courier/postal service providers, 

• legal firms. 

Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless necessary and provided the recipient ensures adequate data protection. 

VII. Users’ Rights 

The User has the right to: 

• access their data, 

• correct incorrect data, 

• delete data, 

• restrict processing, 

• transfer data, 

• object to processing, 

• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawful processing prior to withdrawal). 

Requests regarding these rights should be sent to kontakt@tantrabyfreya.com. The Controller will process them promptly, no later than within one month. 

The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 

VIII. Cookies 

The Service uses cookies for proper service provision and statistical purposes. The User can manage cookie settings in their browser. 

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling 

User data may be profiled to tailor content and offers upon obtaining User consent. Data is not processed in an automated manner that would result in binding decisions for the User. 

X. Final Provisions 

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be announced in the Service. 

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
