My massage adventure began in 2022 with a first- and second-degree massage course, which provided me with the opportunity to have real contact with another person and practice giving advice and recommendations as a beginner medical student. Imagine my surprise when, during the Professional Massage Training at TantraSOMA™ Academy, workshops, and supervision with Freya, it turned out that it was not about giving advice.
Staying mindful of what is currently happening, curiosity for yourself, and connecting with your feelings, compassion for the many parts that are doing everything as best as they can, is the essence of the meetings to which I cordially invite you to my office in Gdańsk.
