Tantra is, for me, a drop of essence that I consciously add to the water of my life. It subtly and deeply changes the flavor of everyday experience. I fill myself with it through words and experiences, through people, relationships, and mindful presence with what is. I allow tantra to permeate my life, and from that place I share it with others.

For six years, I have been on the tantric path and have been experiencing transformational spaces.

I completed a year-long tantric massage course with Freya Wolna and Piotr Reich (class of 2023/24). This year, for the second time, I am part of the assistant team. My growth also includes participation in tantric workshops for women. I have experienced four colors of Tara: red, green, violet, and black. I also explore spaces, workshops, and events related to sacred sexuality.

My intention is to inspire a life of lightness, pleasure, and authenticity. I want to support others in dissolving tensions and blockages in their bodies, beliefs, and emotions. I work through touch, presence, and deepening into felt experience.
I am moved by encounters with mature feminine and masculine energy and fascinated by discovering these qualities within myself and others.
